brioche is amazing. it's like cake and bread, all at the same time. it's like the fake but delicious bread you're served on airlines. it's like burger buns that are the secret ingredient to a great burger because they're full of sugar. it's like scone, sponge cake and pancake all in one but you can eat it whenever and be like "oh yeah, just having some toast" when you're secretly thinking "this is like cake for breakfast! or waffles with less gut guilt!" and the amazing thing is my work now sells brioche and when it doesn't sell by the best before we can take it home free AND I looked at the ingredients and it doesn't even have sugar in it (it has eggs which makes it different to (better than) other breadz.)

Where on earth are you working now, if there is really brioche there then that's where I want to be!
organic market! I don't know if the brioche is a new addition to the shop or if I've been oblivious all this time....
