Is it just me or is the whole "Dear Cassie....no....Hi Cass.....no!...Hey, Cassiee..." screwing every piece of paper up in between a little bit passé? surely in reality it would be an email not a letter and instead of screwing up a whole bit of paper it would be DELETE. Apart from anything, what about the ridiculous waste of paper?!?
